摘  要:数控轧辊磨床主要由电气系统和机械液压系统两部分组成,其中绝大部分功能运动都是靠液压系统来实现的。通过分析数控轧辊磨床液压系统原理和各个液压元件的功能作用,熟练掌握各各部位液压原理,根据液压原理图分析故障现象,对每个可能引起故障的因素逐一排除,最终解决问题保证轧辊磨床设备的稳定运行,并且在日常设备使用中要严格要求液压系统维护和保养,延长设备使用寿命。CNC roll grinding machine is composed mainly of electrical system and mechanical hydraulic system,most of which are actualized by hydraulic system. By analyzing the hydraulic system principle of CNC roll grinder and the function of each hydraulic element, the hydraulic principle of each part is mastered. This paper analyzes the fault phenomenon according to the hydraulic schematic diagram, eliminates each possible fault factor one by one, finally solves the problem, ensures the stable operation of roll grinder equipment. It is strictly required to maintain and repair of hydraulic system in daily use to prolong the service life of equipment.
