摘　　要：DN80-DN300小口径球墨铸铁管采用离心机冷模法生产工艺,其中小口径C级管具有较好的市场需求及经济效益,但C级管由于标准管重较轻,壁厚较薄,相较于同规格其他级别国标管生产更为困难,极易出现管身表面缺陷,管重超标,管身裂纹报废等问题。针对此问题,对生产过程中的铁水制备、离心机浇注参数、离心机冷却水路、衬层机设备等方面进行了一系列的研究和改进。达到了目前质量合格率提高,管重合格率明显提高的目的。DN80-300 smaller diameter ductile iron pipe is manufactured by cold mould process. The smaller diameter C-class pipe has better market demand and economic benefits. However, due to the light weight and thin wall thickness of the standard pipe, the production of C-class pipe is more difficult than that of other national standard pipes of the same specification. It is very easy to have problems such as pipe body surface defects, excessive pipe weight, pipe body cracks and scrapping. In view of this problem, a series of research and improvement were carried out on hot metal preparation, centrifuge pouring parameters, centrifuge cooling water circuit, lining machine equipment and so on.The purpose of improving the qualified rate of quality and pipe weight is achieved.
