摘　　要：对汉钢新投产的1号连铸机产生脱方原因进行了分析讨论,结合汉钢生产实际,主要对结晶器、拉速和钢水过热度、二次室对弧、钢水的化学成分等影响铸坯脱方的因素进行了调整和改进,通过不断地生产实践使脱方缺陷等到了较好解决。This paper analyses the cause of square-off at No.1 continuous casting machine which has been running in Hanzhong Iron & Steel Co., Ltd(HISCO). According production practice of HISCO, this paper adjusts and improves the influence parameters on the billets out of squareness, which include mould, the velocity of casting, over-temperature, arc-alignment in secondary cooling room and composition of molten steel, etc. Through continuously production practices, the problem of square-off has been well dealt with.
