摘　　要：针对高速线材吐丝圈形不稳定的问题,基于吐丝机结构,分别对不同圈形不稳定因素及原因进行分析,并给出了具体控制措施。对影响吐丝圈形的各类因素进行标准化操作后,吐丝圈形质量得到有效改善。In view of the instsbility of high speed wire spinning circle,based on the structure of spinning machine,different phenomena of the dimension fluctuation were analyzed, and the countermeasures were put forward. The standard operation on various factors affecting spinning circle is carried out and the problems has been effectively improved.
