摘  要:为提高炉台作业率,分析冷轧钢板生产流程,将冷轧钢卷全氢炉退火工序分解并进行传热分析;建立物理数学模型,设计全氢炉数字仿真平台,利用现场插片实测数据对修正系数校正,用仿真平台对全氢罩式炉退火工艺加热制度、出炉温度进行优化,从而提高全氢炉炉台小时产量,降低能耗。In order to improve the operation rate of furnace platform, the production process of cold rolled steel sheet is analyzed. The annealing process of cold rolled steel coil in full hydrogen furnace is decomposed and heat transfer is analyzed. The physical and mathematical model is established, the digital simulation platform of all hydrogen furnace is designed, the correction coefficient is corrected by using the field insert measured data, and the heating system and outlet temperature of all hydrogen bell furnace annealing process are optimized by using the simulation platform, so as to improve the hourly output of all hydrogen furnace platform and reduce energy consumption.
