摘 要:通过电除尘高压电源的优化设计,随着电力电子器件IGBT的发展和控制技术的成熟,针对烟气的高比电阻精细化微小颗粒的荷电情况,结合高频电源和脉冲电源工作原理的研究,结果表明,采用先进的高频电源及高频基波叠加脉冲电源来改变电除尘高压设备供电方式,是提高粉尘驱进速度、提升电除尘除尘效率的有效方法。尤其对于电除尘器的改造,它见效快,效果好,投资低,是目前性价比最高的一种方案,既能有效减轻排放压力,又符合企业增产提效的要求。Through the optimization design of electrostatic precipitator high-voltage power supply, with the development of power electronic device IGBT and the maturity of control technology, aiming at the charging condition of fine particles with high specific resistance of flue gas, combined with the research on the working principle of high-frequency power supply and pulse power supply, the results show that, using advanced high-frequency power supply and high-frequency fundamental wave superimposed pulse power supply to change the power supply mode of electrostatic precipitator high-voltage equipment is an effective method to improve the dust driving speed and improve the efficiency of electrostatic precipitator. Especially for the transformation of electrostatic precipitator, it has quick effect, good effect and low investment. It is a scheme with the highest cost performance at present. It can not only effectively reduce the discharge pressure, but also meet the requirements of increasing production and efficiency.
