低温绝热气瓶(杜瓦罐)充装液氩在直读光谱仪上的应用

摘　　要：目前连云港兴鑫钢铁有限公司技术检测中心生产检验节奏快,使用氩气量大,为及时准确提供炼钢生产检测数据,降低直读光谱仪检测成本,减轻检测人员换气劳动强度,将氩气高压气瓶改为液氩,采用低温绝热气瓶(杜瓦罐)罐装液氩方式气化后输送至光谱仪,降低了换瓶次数和气体使用成本,实现了降本增效、减轻工作强度的目的。At present, the technical inspection center of Lianyungang Xingxi Steel Co., Ltd. has the characteristic of a fast pace of production and inspection and a large amount of argon. In order to provide timely and accurate test data for steel-making production, reduce the cost of direct-reading spectrometer test, reduce the labor intensity of inspectors, argon high-pressure gas cylinders replaced by liquid argon, the liquefied argon in cryogenic insulated gas cylinder(Dewar tank) was gasified and sent to the spectrometer, which reduced the times of changing the cylinder and the cost of using the gas.
