摘 要:基于韩家洼煤矿22403运输顺槽上山掘进期间,受巷道掘进倾角、测量技术水平以及测量方法等影响,巷道腰线标定难度大、效率低等技术难题,韩家洼矿地测科通过技术研究,对传统腰线标定方法主要存在的问题进行分析,并根据实际情况对原腰线标定方法进行优化,提出了全站仪免棱镜法,通过实际应用效果表明:腰线标定优化后大大提高了腰线标定效率及精度,保证了巷道安全掘进,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the technical problems of difficult and low efficiency of roadway waist line calibration due to the influence of roadway excavation inclination, measurement technology level and measurement methods during the uphill excavation of 22403 transportation channel in Hanjiawa Coal Mine, the geological survey department of Hanjiawa Coal Mine analyzes the main problems existing in the traditional waist line calibration method through technical research.According to the actual situation, the original waist line calibration method is optimized, and the total station prism free method is proposed. The practical application results show that the optimized waist line calibration greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of waist line calibration, ensures the safe tunneling of roadway, and achieves remarkable application results.
