摘　　要：针对目前钢铁企业的备件库存资金高,其保养、倒运、资金占用等成本皆高居不下的情况,基于钢铁企业备件库存管理的现状,对备件计划管理和备件联储管理进行研究,并通过多种措施降低备件库存资金占用,提高企业经济效益,促进企业的高质量发展。In view of the high capital of spare parts inventory in iron and steel enterprises and the high cost of maintenance, transportation and capital occupation, based on the current situation of spare parts inventory management in iron and steel enterprises, this paper studies the spare parts plan management and spare parts reserve management,and takes a variety of measures to reduce the capital occupation of spare parts inventory, improve the economic benefits of enterprises and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
