摘 要:在汽车发动机的可靠性设计与试验中,侧重于活塞、曲轴等构件,而对于附件轮系的关注度相对较少。国内车企在发动机自主研发中,应增加关于附件轮系的试验研究,从而进一步提高发动机的整体质量。本文以附件轮系台架作为研究对象,首先概述了台架设备的基本组成和安装要点,随后开展了台架耐久性试验,在该试验中对发动机的动力性、经济性,以及NVH得分和附件皮带张力变化等内容进行了对比、分析。结果表明,发动机各项性能正常,NVH特性良好,附件皮带未出现明显磨损,12万公里内有满意的可靠度。In the reliability design and test of automobile engine,components such as piston and crankshaft are focused on,but less attention is paid to accessory gear train.In the independent research and development of the engine,domestic car enterprises should increase the experimental research on the accessory gear train,so as to further improve the overall quality of the engine.Taking the accessory gear train bench as the research object,this paper first summarizes the basic composition and installation points of the bench equipment,and then carries out the bench durability test.In this test,the power and economy of the engine,NVH score and the change of accessory belt tension are compared and analyzed.The results show that the engine has normal performance,good NVH characteristics,no obvious wear of accessory belt,and satisfactory reliability within 120000 km.
