摘 要:文章研究赤峰学院现有换热站的供热系统能量平衡及可继续扩容的潜能。基于调研和测试供暖期的主要相关数据,采用两个换热站一二次网流量、换热器面积、火用效率和火积耗散等的定量分析方法,对于现有换热能力再扩容量做出合理预测。得到学院北站的火用效率高于南站,火积耗散小于南站,学院南站可以继续扩容约8.06万m^(2),采用吸收式热泵供热可降低火积耗散,提高火用效率10%。学院北站采用吸收式热泵技术后,估算整个采暖季可减少二氧化碳排放量约为0.134万t。文章研究结果可为赤峰学院的新建楼宇面积给出建议,二次网的合理调节给出指导性意见,也可以供其他新建楼宇运行调试作为参考依据。This paper studies the energy balance and the potential of continuous expansion of the heating system of the existing heat exchange station in Chifeng University.Based on the investigation and test of the main relevant data during the heating period,the quantitative analysis methods of primary and secondary network flow,heat exchanger area,exergy efficiency and exergy dissipation of the two heat exchanger stations are used to reasonably predict the re-expansion capacity of the existing heat transfer capacity.It is obtained that the exergy efficiency of the north station of the college is higher than that of the south station,and the fire accumulation dissipation is less than that of the south station.The south station of the college can continue to expand its capacity by about 80.6 thousand m^(2).The use of absorption heat pump can reduce the exergy dissipation and increase the exergy efficiency by 10%.After the absorption heat pump technology is adopted in the north station of the college,it is estimated that the CO_(2) emission can be reduced by about 1.34 thousand tons in the whole heating season.The research results of this paper can give suggestions for the new building area of Chifeng University,give guidance on the reasonable adjustment of the secondary network,and can also be used as a reference for the operation and commissioning of other new buildings.
