摘 要:传统组播技术(PIM)需要依赖于事先创建的组播树来转发数据流,每个流均需维护组播树和流状态,这使得网络节点的组播表、组播状态等的增长,成为组播网络中最复杂、不可控的部分。因此新的组播技术方案BIER(Bit Index Explicit Replication),即基于比特位的显式复制技术被提出并得到飞速的发展。依赖BIER作为核心域,承接PIM路由器的组播流,并建立隧道发送到相应的PIM路由器。IETF工作组发布一系列的草案来规定PIM信令穿越BIER的方法。经过对IETF已发布的这些草案的研究,提出PIM-SM和PIM-DM数据流穿越BIER域的补充方法。Traditional multicast technology,i.e.Protocol Independent Multicast(PIM),needs to rely on the multicast tree created in advance to forward data flow.Each flow needs to maintain the multicast tree and flow state,which makes the growth of multicast table and multicast state of network nodes become the most complex and uncontrollable part of multicast network.A new multicast technology scheme BIER(bit index explicit replication),has been proposed and developed rapidly.As the core domain,BIER undertakes the multicast flow of PIM router and establishes a tunnel to send it to the corresponding PIM router.IETF working group issued a series of drafts to specify the method of PIM signaling through BIER.After studying these drafts published by IETF,a supplementary method for PIM-SM and PIM-DM data flows crossing BIER domain is proposed.
