摘　　要：作为海上风电建设的利器,大型液压打桩锤因优点众多,深受国内外施工单位青睐。国外大型液压打桩锤经过近百年发展,其性能和配套辅助工具比较完善,而国内在大型液压打桩锤的配套辅助工具特别是长距离柔性管束防护装置方面尚处于摸索阶段。文章通过开发设计长距离柔性管束的机械防护装置,使柔性管束在使用过程中得到保护,延长管束使用寿命。As a sharp weapon for offshore wind power construction,large hydraulic pile hammer is favored by construction companies at home and abroad because of its many advantages.After nearly a hundred years of development,the performance and supporting auxiliary tools of foreign large-scale hydraulic pile hammer are relatively perfect,but the supporting auxiliary tools of large-scale hydraulic pile hammer,especially the long-distance flexible pipe bundle protective device,are still in the exploratory stage in our country.In this paper,the mechanical protection device of long-distance flexible pipe bundle is developed and designed to protect the flexible pipe bundle in the process of use and prolong the service life of the flexible pipe bundle.
