摘 要:四轴数控机床自动定心夹具,主要用于夹紧、定位机器人夹持套类零件的加工,它解决了现有夹具定心不准、装夹不够稳定可靠、自动化程度低等问题,夹具在整个夹紧、松弛过程中动作一气呵成,由液压缸自动控制,锥度挤压夹紧稳定性高,具有结构简单、通用性强、易于制造、成本低等优点,稍加改造便可适用于绝大部分数控机床的自动定心装夹加工。The automatic centering fixture of four-axis NC machine tool is mainly used for the processing of clamping sleeve parts of clamping and positioning robot, which solves the problems of inaccurate centering, unstable and reliable clamping and low degree of automation of the existing fixture. The fixture acts in the whole clamping and relaxation process, which is automatically controlled by hydraulic cylinder, with high taper extrusion and clamping stability. It has the advantages of simple structure, strong universality, easy manufacture and low cost as well, which can be applied to the automatic centering and clamping processing of most NC machine tools with a little modification.
