基于健康餐饮的运动休闲康养综合体构建

摘　　要：大健康背景下,未病治疗对运动休闲康养综合体的建设提出了新的要求。健康餐饮是康养的根基,餐饮干预与康养的融合是康养产业发展的必然趋势。文章深入分析了基于健康餐饮的运动休闲康养综合体的内涵和特征,提出该康养综合体要实现餐饮干预、运动干预、医养结合三位一体化。在此基础上,结合调查结果和专家建议提出了该康养综合体的基本架构,并从资源价值评价和开发价值评价角度给出了综合体的选址依据。Under the background of great health,preventive treatment calls for the construction of sports leisure,health and wellness complexes.Healthy food is the foundation of health and wellness,so the integration of food intervention and health care is the inevitable trend in the development of health and wellness industry.Based on healthy catering,this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of sports leisure,health and wellness complexes,and proposes that health and wellness complexes should be a trinity of catering intervention,sports intervention and medical-care combination.On this basis,it puts forward the basic structure of the complex by drawing on survey results and expert suggestions before offering advice concerning site selection from the perspective of resource value assessment and development value assessment.
