摘 要:该文基于气相色谱分离、低温等离子放电与发射光谱技术,建立了同时测定甲硫醚、二甲二硫醚、二乙基二硫醚恶臭组分的新方法。以介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体作为硫醚恶臭组分的发射光谱(OES)激发源,将低温冷阱热解吸进行浓缩与热解吸前处理,采用DBD-OES微型发射光谱系统产生的384.94 nm特征光谱为检测信号,经电荷耦合检测器(CCD)采集信号;方法检出限(S/N=3),甲硫醚0.49μg/m^(3),二甲二硫醚0.50μg/m^(3),二乙基二硫醚1.45μg/m^(3);精密度(重复性实验n=9),甲硫醚2.7%(2.5μg/m^(3)),二甲二硫醚2.6%(2μg/m^(3)),二乙基二硫醚8.7%(10μg/m^(3));环境大气加标回收率82.0%~90.8%。该方法灵敏快速,简便易行,可应用于痕量硫醚恶臭组分的实验室和应急监测。The determination method of sulfide malodorous component was established based on gas chromatographic separation,low-temperature plasma discharge and emission spectroscopy technology.The low-temperature plasma of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)was used as the excitation source for the optical emission spectroscopy(OES)of sulfoether.The cold-trap thermal desorption was used as the pretreatment method for concentration and thermal desorption.The characteristic spectrum of 384.94 nm generated by the DBD-OES is used as the detection signal,and the signal was collected by charge coupled detector(CCD).The detection limit of the method(S/N=3)is 0.49μg/m^(3),0.50μg/m^(3),1.45μg/m^(3)for methyl sulfide,dimethyl disulfide and diethyl disulfide respectively.The precision(repeatability test n=9)is 2.7%for methyl sulfide as the concentration of 2.5μg/m^(3),2.6%for dimethyl sulfide as the concentration of 2μg/m^(3),8.7%for diethyl sulfide as the concentration of 10μg/m^(3).The standard recovery rate of environmental water samples is about 82.0%~90.8%.The method is sensitive,rapid,simple and easy to implement,and can be applied to trace monitoring of sulfide malodorous component for emergency and laboratory analysis.
