摘  要:水动力扰动可以调控蓝藻水华,该文为研究不同浓度微囊藻水华在曝气扰动下的光合作用,获得适宜的影响微囊藻水华中浮游植物变化的初始藻类浓度,于2019年8月10日-9月15日在玻璃温室中进行曝气扰动实验。实验按微囊藻水华初始的叶绿素a(Chl a)浓度分为低、中、高3个梯度处理组:68.37、468.67、924.09μg/L,浓度从低到高依次编号为处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,均进行曝气扰动。结果表明,处理Ⅲ的最大光合作用能力Fv/Fm显著低于处理Ⅰ和Ⅱ(p<0.05)。浮游植物快速光响应曲线的3个特征参数α、ETRmax和Ik值方面,处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ中蓝藻的α、ETR_(max)、Ik值均显著低于处理Ⅲ(p<0.05);处理Ⅰ的绿藻的α值、ETRmax、Ik值均显著高于处理Ⅱ和Ⅲ(p<0.05);处理Ⅰ的硅/甲藻的α、ETR_(max)、Ik值显著低于处理Ⅱ、Ⅲ(p<0.05)。在曝气扰动下,微囊藻水华的光合作用受到初始微囊藻水华浓度的影响:在微囊藻水华初始的Chl a浓度为468.67和924.09μg/L时,微囊藻水华出现显著的绿藻、硅/甲藻的光合作用,即这2个浓度下蓝藻水华的藻类群落结构趋向多样化,有助于对蓝藻水华形成有效控制。Cyanobacteria blooms of water body can be regulated by means of hydrodynamic disturbance.In order to study the photosynthesis of Microcystis of different concentrations under aeration disturbance,so as to obtain the appropriate value of initial algal concentration that affecting the shift of phytoplankton amid Microcystis blooms,an experiment with aeration disturbance was carried out in a greenhouse laboratory from Aug.10 to Sept.15,2019.Three gradient groups with initial chlorophyll a(Chl a)concentration of Microcystis blooms were set up as:68.37(low level),468.67(medium level)and924.09μg/L(high level),at the start of the experiment.The results of the greenhouse experiment showed that the maximum photosynthetic capacity(Fv/Fm)in high concentration group was significantly lower than that in the medium and low concentration groups(p<0.05).The results three characteristic parameters(α,ETR_(max) and Ik)of the algal Rapid Response Light Curve showed that,the values ofα,ETR_(max) and Ikfrom cyanobacteria in the medium and low concentration groups were significantly lower than those in the high concentration group(p<0.05),and the three values of green algae in the low concentration group were significantly higher than those in the medium and high concentration groups(p<0.05).The values of diatom/dinoflagellates in the low concentration group was significantly lower than that in the medium and high concentration groups(p<0.05).As for the photosynthesis being affected by initial Microcystis concentration,it was revealed that when the initial Chl a concentration in Microcystis bloom was 468.67 and 924.09μg/L,the growth of green algae and diatom/dinoflagellate would significantly occur,which indicated that the algal community composition from the bloomed Microcystis tended to be diversified under the aeration disturbance,thus the fact is helpful to effectively control Microcystis blooms.
