常州农业绿色发展水平评价体系研究

摘　　要：以2017年9月中办国办印发的《关于创新体制机制推进农业绿色发展的意见》里提出的中国农业绿色发展目标为依据,得到常州市农业绿色发展水平评价指标体系。接着对评价体系内每个指标进行解释和确定计量方法,利用年鉴等官方文件查询出的数据来计算三级指标的原始值,用Min-max标准化方法对原始值进行标准化处理得到三级指标标准化数值,并以此为基础得出二三级指标的权重,从而计算出近十年常州农业绿色发展水平和二级指标水平。最后依托指标数据,得到常州市绿色农业发展水平的系列结论。In September 2017,the Central Office of the State Council issued a document on agricultural green development,which clarified the development goals of China's green agriculture.According to this document,the index system for the evaluation of green development level of agriculture in Changzhou City was obtained.Then,this paper explains and determines the calculation method for each index in the evaluation system,calculates the original value of the third-level index using the data queried from the yearbook and other official documents and then using the Min-max standardization method to standardize the original value.At the same time,the weights of the secondary and tertiary indicators,as well as the specific value of green development level of agriculture in Changzhou in the past ten years,are calculated.Finally,by analyzing the index data,a series of conclusions about the development level of Changzhou's green agriculture are obtained.
