提高黄秋葵栽培技术 助推休闲养生产业

摘　　要：黄秋葵是近几年在市面越来越流行的特色保健型蔬菜之一,其中以食用黄秋葵的嫩荚为主。适时采收嫩英对于保证黄秋葵的食用品质有非常重要的作用,由于各个地方的气候环境、栽培过程当中应用的方法及黄秋葵本身种质遗传因素等的影响,不同采收期对黄秋葵的营养和口感有很大的区别。黄秋葵含有多种营养物质,包括常见的蛋白质和维生素类,黏液中含有丰富的果胶和硒元素,对胃部保健有良好的效果,还可以维持血糖平衡,提高男性精子质量。推行旅游养生项目的前提是黄秋葵规模化种植,要想形成规模化种植,就要将黄秋葵种植技术形成规范,加强种植户的栽培技术,提高黄秋葵的产量和质量,才能助推黄秋葵旅游养生业。Okra is one of the characteristic health care vegetables that are becoming more and more popular in the market in recent years.though people mainly eat the tender pods of okra.Timely harvest plays a very important role in ensuring the edibility of okra.Due to the influence of local climate,the methods used in the cultivation process and the genetic factors of okra germplasm,different harvest times have great effects on the nutrition and taste of okra.Okra contains a variety of nutrients,including proteins and vitamins,whose mucus is rich in pectin and selenium,thus have a good effect on stomach health and maintains the balance of blood sugar and improve the quality of male sperms.The premise of carrying out the health preservation tourism project is the large-scale cultivation of okra.In order to realize large-scale cultivation,it is necessary to standardize the cultivation techniques of okra,improve the cultivation techniques of growers,and increase the output and quality of okra.All this has promoted the okra-based health preservation tourism industry.
