摘 要:目的探讨经口吸痰法联合改良经鼻吸痰法应用于肺炎患儿护理中的效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年5月首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院收治的97例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=49)。对照组患儿接受常规经口鼻吸痰法护理,观察组患儿接受经口吸痰法联合改良经鼻吸痰法护理。比较2组患儿的鼻黏膜出血情况、症状消失时间,以及护理前和护理2d后的血气分析指标。结果观察组的鼻黏膜出血情况显著轻于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽缓解时间和咳痰消失时间均显著早于对照组(P均<0.05)。护理2d后,2组的动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))和动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))水平均显著高于同组护理前(P均<0.05),动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))水平均显著低于同组护理前(P均<0.05);观察组的PaO_(2)和SaO_(2)水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),PaCO_(2)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经口吸痰法联合改良经鼻吸痰法可改善肺炎患儿的血气分析指标,减轻其鼻黏膜出血情况,缩短其症状消失时间。Objective To explore the effect of oral suctioning combined with modified nasal suctioning on the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of97children with pneumonia who were admitted to the Children.s Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Institute of Pediatrics from January2018to May2020were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group(n=48)and an observation group(n=49)by using a random number table.Children in the control group received conventional oral and nasal suctioning nursing,and children in the observation group received nursing of oral suctioning combined with modified nasal suctioning.The nasal mucosal bleeding,time of symptom disappearance,and blood gas analysis indicators before and2days after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nasal mucosal bleeding in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cough relief time and sputum disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(both P<0.05).After2days of nursing,the levels of arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)) and oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)) of the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing(all P<0.05),and the level of arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)) was significantly lower than that before nursing(P<0.05).The levels of PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05),and the level of PaCO_(2) was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral suctioning combined with modified nasal suctioning can improve the blood gas analysis indicators of children with pneumonia,reduce the bleeding of nasal mucosa,and shorten the time of symptom disappearance.
