肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者应用三才疗法的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察并分析肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者应用三才疗法的效果。方法:选择2017年1月-2020年8月高州市人民医院收治的166例肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为对照组(常规治疗)和试验组(常规治疗联用三才疗法),每组83例。比较两组治疗前后肿块最大直径、病灶内暗区最大直径、肿块质地、疼痛程度、局部皮肤状况评分、血清炎症因子水平和疗效。结果:两组治疗前肿块最大直径、病灶内暗区最大径、肿块质地、疼痛程度、局部皮肤状况评分、血清炎症因子水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗后肿块最大直径、病灶内暗区最大径均小于对照组,肿块质地评分高于对照组,疼痛程度、局部皮肤状况评分及血清炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床疗效显著优于对照组(Z=12.951,P=0.002)。结论:相比常规治疗,肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者在常规治疗基础上联用三才疗法的临床治疗效果更佳,症状改善更好。Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of Sancai therapy in patients with granulomatous mastitis.Method:A total of 166 patients with granulomatous mastitis who admitted to Gaozhou People’s Hospital from January 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into the control group (conventional treatment) and experimental group (conventional treatment combined with Sancai therapy) according to different treatment methods,83 cases in each group.The maximum diameter of tumor,maximum diameter of dark area in lesion,texture of tumor,degree of pain,local skin condition score and levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment and curative effect were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the maximum diameter of tumor,maximum diameter of dark area in lesion,texture of tumor,degree of pain,local skin condition score and levels of serum inflammatory factors between two groups before treatment (P>0.05);the maximum diameter of tumor and maximum diameter of dark area in lesion of the experimental group after treatment were smaller than those of the control group,the tumor texture score was higher than that of the control group,and the degree of pain score,local skin condition score and levels of serum inflammatory factor were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (Z=12.951,P=0.002).Conclusion:Compared with conventional treatment,the clinical treatment effect of granulomatous mastitis patients combined with Sancai therapy on the basis of conventional treatment is better,and the symptom improvement is better.
