润降利膈丸联合中药热奄包对老年糖尿病胃轻瘫患者血清胃动素、生长抑素和瘦素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析采用润降利膈丸联合中药热奄包治疗老年糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的临床效果及对其血清胃动素、生长抑素和瘦素水平的影响。方法:运用随机数字表法将2018年1月-2019年12月在佳木斯市中医医院诊治的132例老年糖尿病胃轻瘫患者分为常规组与联合组,每组66例。两组均给予降糖、健康教育、控制饮食等,常规组加用莫沙必利进行治疗,联合组给予润降利膈丸和中药热奄包联合治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分、胃动力学指标、血清胃动素、生长抑素和瘦素水平及药物不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组总有效率(96.97%)高于常规组(80.30%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症候积分及血清胃动素、生长抑素和瘦素水平均低于治疗前,胃收缩频率均快于治疗前,胃排空时间均短于治疗前,且联合组均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组药物不良反应发生率(3.03%)略低于常规组(6.06%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:老年糖尿病胃轻瘫患者采用润降利膈丸和中药热奄包联合治疗的效果明显,中医症候积分和血清胃动素、生长抑素和瘦素水平均显著降低,胃动力学指标改善,安全性较高,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Runjianglige Pills combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package in the elderly patients with diabetic gastroparesis and its influence on the levels of serum motilin,somatostatin and leptin.Method:A total of 132 patients with diabetic gastroparesis who treated in Jiamusi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the combination group,66 cases in each group.Two groups were given hypoglycemic,health education,diet control and other ways of treatment,the conventional group was treated with Mosapride,and the combination group was treated with Runjianglige Pills combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package.The clinical efficacy,and the TCM syndrome scores,gastrodynamic indexes,serum levels of motilin,somatostatin and leptin before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the combination group (96.97%) was higher than that of the conventional group (80.30%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores and the levels of serum motilin,somatostatin and leptin in two groups were lower than those before treatment,the gastric contraction frequency were faster than those before treatment,and the gastric emptying times were shorter than those before treatment,and the combination group were better than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the combination group (3.03%) was slightly lower than that in the conventional group (6.06%),but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Runjianglige Pills and Traditional Chinese medicine hot package has a significant effect in the elderly patients with diabetic gastroparesis,the TCM syndrome score and serum motilin,somatostatin and leptin levels significantly reduce,the g
