乙肝患者病毒载量与Th1及Th2类细胞因子的关系探究

摘　　要：目的:探究与分析乙肝患者病毒载量与Th1及Th2类细胞因子的关系。方法:将2016年12月-2019年12月大连市公共卫生临床中心的100例乙肝患者选为观察组,将同时间段100名体检健康人员选为对照组。将两组的血清Th1类细胞因子(IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α)及Th2类细胞因子(IL-6、IL-10、IL-13)进行检测并比较,同时比较不同病毒载量乙肝患者的检测结果,采用Spearman秩相关分析上述血清指标与乙肝患者病毒载量的关系。结果:观察组的血清Th1及Th2类细胞因子均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中病毒载量较高患者的血清Th1及Th2类细胞因子均显著高于病毒载量较低的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,上述血清Th1及Th2类细胞因子均与乙肝患者病毒载量呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:乙肝患者的血清Th1及Th2类细胞因子表达异常,且其表达水平与病毒载量密切相关,因此在乙肝患者中的检测价值较高。Objective:To investigate and analyze the relationship between viral loads and Th1,Th2 cytokines of patients with hepatitis B.Method:A total of 100 patients with hepatitis B in Dalian Public Health Clinical Center from December 2016 to December 2019 were chosen as the observation group,100 healthy persons with physical examination at the same time were chosen as the control group.The serum Th1 cytokines (IL-2,IFN-γ and TNF-α) and Th2 cytokines (IL-6,IL-10 and IL-13) of two groups were detected and compared,and the detection results of patients with different viral loads of hepatitis B were compared,the correlation between serum Th1,Th2 cytokines and viral loads of patients with hepatitis B were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Result:The serum Th1 and Th2 cytokines of observation group were all significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05);in the observation group,the serum Th1 and Th2 cytokines in patients with high viral load were significantly higher than those in patients with low viral load,there were all statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that serum Th1 and Th2 cytokines were positively correlated with viral load of patients with hepatitis B (P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum Th1 and Th2 cytokines expression of patients with hepatitis B are significantly abnormal,and the expression levels all have close relationship with viral loads,therefore,the detection value is high in patients with hepatitis B.
