针刺联合艾灸治疗面肌痉挛临床有效性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价针刺联合艾灸治疗面肌痉挛的有效性。方法:检索建库至2021年12月的中文知识资源总库(CNKI)、国家哲学社会科学学术期刊数据库(NSSD)、中文科技期刊数据库(CSTD)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Cochrane Library等数据库系统中的针刺联合艾灸以及单用针灸治疗面肌痉挛的临床随机对照试验,从中获取相关资料并统计成表格,同时使用Review Manager 5.3对相关数据进行资料分析。结果:最终纳入符合标准的文献11篇,共666例患者,Meta分析结果显示:针刺联合艾灸治疗面肌痉挛有效率高于对照组[RR=1.28,95%CI(1.18,1.39),Z=6.11,P<0.000 01],针刺联合艾灸治疗面肌痉挛愈显率高于对照组[RR=1.61,95%CI(1.39,1.87),Z=6.32,P<0.000 01]。结论:针刺联合艾灸治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效效果显而易见,但仍需要更多高质量、大样本的RCT来逐步证实其效果。Objective:To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Method:Clinical randomized controlled trials of acupuncture combined with moxibustion and acupuncture alone in the treatment of hemifacial spasm were retrieved from China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI),National Social Sciences Database (NSSD),China Science and Technology Journal Database (CSTD),China Biology Medicine disc (CBM),PubMed,Cochrane Library and other database systems from construction to December 2021,from which relevant data were obtained and tabulated.Review Manager 5.3 was used for data analysis.Result:A total of 666 patients were included in 11 literatures that met the criteria.Meta-analysis results suggested that:the effective rate of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of hemifacial spasm was higher than that in the control group[RR=1.28,95%CI (1.18,1.39),Z=6.11,P<0.000 01],the markedly effective rate of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of facial spasm was higher than that in the control group[RR=1.61,95%CI (1.39,1.87),Z=6.32,P<0.000 01].Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of hemifacial spasm is obvious,but more high-quality and large sample RCTS are still needed to gradually confirm its effect.
