摘　　要：目的:分析子午流注低频穴位辅助治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的效果及对窦卵泡计数(AFC)等卵巢相关指标的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月中山市中医院收治的80例早发性卵巢功能不全患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组实施常规中药方剂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上实施子午流注低频穴位辅助治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后的相关临床症候积分、性激素水平[抗缪勒管激素(AMH)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成激素(LH)]和超声学指标[窦卵泡计数(AFC)、卵巢基质血流阻力指数(RI)、卵巢动脉血流搏动指数(PI)]。结果:对照组总有效率为75.00%,低于研究组的95.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组五心烦热、失眠健忘、烦躁易怒、月经异常、性欲减退、阴道干涩评分均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组AMH水平均高于治疗前,FSH、LH、E_(2)水平均低于治疗前,且研究组AMH水平高于对照组,FSH、LH、E_(2)水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组AFC、PI均高于治疗前,RI均低于治疗前,研究组AFC、PI均高于对照组,RI低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注低频穴位辅助治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的效果较好,而且还可有效改善患者的相关症状与超声学指标,调节患者的性激素水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of Ziwu Liuzhu low frequency acupoint on early-onset ovarian insufficiency and its influence on ovarian related indexes such as AFC.Method:A total of 80 patients with early-onset ovarian insufficiency admitted to Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhongshan from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Chinese medicine prescription,and the study group was treated with Ziwu Liuzhu low frequency acupoint on the basis of the control group.The efficacy was compared between two groups,clinical symptoms scores,sex hormone levels[anti-mullerian hormone (AMH),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),estradiol (E_(2)),luteinizing hormone (LH)]and ultrasonics index[antral follicle count (AFC),resistance index (RI),pulsatility index (PI)]before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%,which was lower than 95.00% of the study group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,scores of five irritability and fever,insomnia and forgetfulness,irritability,abnormal menstruation,hyposexual desire and vaginal dryness of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of AMH of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of FSH,LH and E_(2)of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the AMH level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the levels of FSH,LH and E_(2)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,AFC and PI of both groups were higher than those before treatment,RI of both groups were lower than those before t
