补肾活血祛痰方联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果及对子宫内膜厚度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾活血祛痰方联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果及对子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年2月东港市中心医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者86例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,研究组给予补肾活血祛痰方联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗。观察分析两组血清性激素变化情况、治疗效果、子宫内膜厚度、身体质量指数(BMI)及排卵结局等。结果:研究组治疗后血清LH、FSH及T改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后子宫内膜厚度与BMI均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),妊娠率、排卵率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组多胎妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征患者应用补肾活血祛痰方联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗可有效增强临床效果,使患者各项激素指标恢复到正常范围,从而进一步改善排卵结局,提高正常妊娠的可能,可推广使用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Qutan Decoction combined with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and its influence on endometrial thickness.Method:A total of 86 patients with PCOS treated in Donggang Central Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets alone,the study group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Qutan Decoction combined with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets.The changes of serum sex hormones,therapeutic efficacy,endometrial thickness,BMI index and ovulation outcome were observed and analyzed.Result:After treatment,the improvement of serum LH,FSH and T in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The effect of the study group was better than that of control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of endometrial thickness and BMI in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),pregnancy rate and ovulation rate were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in multiple pregnancy rate between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Bushen Huoxue Qutan Decoction combined with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in patients with PCOS can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,the patient’s hormone indicators return to normal range,promote the improvement of ovulation outcome,increase the likelihood of normal pregnancy,it can be popularized.
