摘 要:为了制备新型高氮含量的原子簇材料,分别将金属铁、钴和镍粉末与氮化硼制成的底物,经波长532nm激光溅射生成了杂氮团簇FeN^(+)_(n)、CoN^(+)_(n)和NiN^(+)_(n),并采用波长266nm激光进行了光解。结果表明,不同底物生成的金属杂氮团簇具有不同特点:3种金属杂氮团簇最高含氮原子数分别为8、12和8;铁杂氮团簇有2种偶数氮原子团簇,其中FeN^(+)_(8)离子峰强度较高;钴杂氮团簇有4种偶数氮原子团簇,团簇离子峰相对强度从6到8随氮原子数增加而提高、从8到12随氮原子数增加而降低,其中CoN^(+)_(8)离子峰强度最高;镍杂氮团簇有2种偶数氮原子团簇NiN+6和NiN^(+)_(8),其离子峰相对强度随氮原子数增加而增高;FeN^(+)_(8)、CoN^(+)_(8)和NiN^(+)_(8)光解通道分别为1个、1个和2个,对应的光解产物分别为Fe^(+)、Co^(+)及Ni^(+)和NiN^(+)_(2)。In order to generate metal doped nitrogen clusters,the metal doped nitrogen cluster cations were generated in the laser vaporization source by laser ablation of a rotating and translating disk target of the mixture of metal powders(iron,cobalt and nickel)and boron nitride(metal∶BN mole ratio 2∶1)with the second harmonic light pulses(532 nm)of a nanosecond Nd∶YAG laser.The results show that the metal doped nitrogen clusters formed by different substrates have different characteristics.The maximum number of nitrogen atoms in the three metal doped nitrogen clusters is 8,12 and 8,respectively.The results show that there are two even nitrogen clusters in the iron cluster,among which FeN_(8)^(+)has the highest peak intensity;there are four even nitrogen clusters in the cobalt cluster,and the relative intensity of cluster ion peak increases from 6 to 8 with the increase of nitrogen atom number,and decreases from 8 to 12 with the increase of nitrogen atom number,among which CoN^(+)_(8)has the highest peak intensity;there are two even nitrogen clusters NiN^(+)_(6)and NiN^(+)_(8)in the nickel cluster,with the highest peak intensity.The relative intensity of the peak increases with the increase of nitrogen atom number.There are one,one and two photolysis channels for FeN_(8)^(+),CoN_(8)^(+) and NiN_(8)^(+) respectively,and the corresponding photolysis products are Fe^(+),Co^(+),Ni^(+)and NiN^(+)_(2),respectively.
