摘 要:随着车身轻量化的需求,车身结构在选材方面突破了传统车身,随着铝型材车身应用越来越广泛,为了满足铝型材车身在性能上符合后排女性乘员下潜的要求,控制后排女性乘员下潜现象的发生,避免设计验证阶段出现重复设计,减少重复性方案性验证。根据传统车身结构,结合某车型铝型材车身特有结构,对安全带布置和锁扣选用等方面试验验证数据表明,安全带固定点布置和锁扣的选用对防下潜性能影响大。并针对某铝型材车型试验数据和整改方案,提出了一些可供参考的结构选用和优化方案建议,为后续类似结构设计提供一些参考。With the demand for lightweight body,the body structure has broken through the limitation of the traditional body in terms of material selection.As the aluminum profile body is used more and more widely,in order to meet the performance requirements of the aluminum profile body to meet the requirements of the rear female occupants to dive,control the occurrence of the diving phenomenon of the rear female occupants avoids repeated designs in the design verification stage and reduces repetitive program verification.According to the traditional body structure,combined with the unique structure of the aluminum profile body of a certain model,the test and verification data on the seat belt arrangement and the selection of the buckle show that the arrangement of the seat belt fixing point and the selection of the buckle have a great impact on the anti-dive performance.According to the test data and rectification plan of a certain aluminum profile model,some suggestions for reference structure selection and optimization plan are put forward to provide some reference for subsequent similar structure design.
