摘　　要：制动装置的性能直接影响汽车的使用安全性,现阶段的汽车制动技术在常规路况下可靠性较好,但对于崎岖山路、下长坡、重载等情况下频繁使用制动系统,则会因为制动系统温度过高而失效,容易引发安全事故。针对这一情况,从现代汽车常用制动器技术展开分析,说明了制动系统存在的不足,并有针对性的设计了一款具有冷却功能的制动装置,说明了该装置的功能与优势。The performance of the braking device directly affects the use safety of the vehicle.At this stage,the reliability of the vehicle braking technology is good under normal road conditions,but for the frequent use of the braking system on rugged mountain roads,long downhill slopes and heavy loads,it will fail due to the high temperature of the braking system,which is easy to cause safety accidents.In view of this situation,this paper analyzes the modern automobile service brake technology,explains the shortcomings of the braking system,designs a braking device with cooling function,and explains the functions and advantages of the device.
