城镇老旧小区连片改造策略研究

摘　　要：城镇老旧小区改造是当前城市建设领域的一项重点工作,但是在实践中,常面临改造内容相对基础、资金来源单一、群众意愿难协调等困境。基于此,本文提出城镇老旧小区连片改造策略,探讨其内涵和意义,并提出连片改造策略要点,即在宏观层面,制定老旧小区改造专项规划;中观层面,增加老旧小区与城市的互动,巧借城市资源来弥补老旧小区短板,同时通过老旧小区改造促进城市空间和设施的更新提升;微观层面,通过拆墙并院等手段实现资源的统筹与共享。The renovation of old residential areas in urban areas is a key element in the field of urban construction at present,but in practice,it is often faced with difficulties such as the poor contents of renovation,the lack of fund resources,and unreconcilable wishes of the inhabitants.In this case,the paper proposes the consistent strategy of old residential community renovation.Discusses its connota-tion and significance and puts forward the key points of the strategy.Thus,at the macro scale of the strategy,the con-struction of the renovation planning system and the classi-fied guidance will be proposed.At the middle level,urban resources should be used to remedy the shortcomings of the old community areas,and urban space and facilities will be upgrade through old community renovation.At the mi-cro level,resources can be coordinated and shared through dismantling the walls and combining the courtyards.
