摘　　要：鼓浪屿船屋原是一座洋楼式住宅,后经改造作为家庭旅馆使用。自鼓浪屿被列为“世界文化遗产”后,这座船屋的保护进入人们的视野。本文以船屋为研究对象,首先通过实地调研、测绘与访谈,追溯其历史背景及其原貌,进而分析船屋两个阶段--原貌与现貌的空间布局、建筑外观与室内装饰等概况,通过对“家庭旅馆”这个特定功能的使用后评估(POE),按照设定的参数,通过收集、统计与分析数据,发现“现貌”中存在的问题并提出相应的改进策略。Kulangsu Boat House was originally a western-style house,which was later transformed into a homestay.Since Kulangsu was listed as a“world cultural heritage”,the protection of the Boat House has come into people’s sight.This article takes this Boat House as the research object.It traces the historical background and original appearance through field research,surveying and interviews,and then analyzes the two phases of the Boat House the original and the current spatial layout,building appearance and interior decoration.The Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)of the specific function of“Homestay”is conducted,according to the set parameters,through the collection and analysis of data,to finds the problems in the“current situation”and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.
