摘 要:为研究硝酸铵水溶液质量分数对化学敏化水胶炸药爆速的影响,分别使用质量分数为78%、80%、82%、84%、86%的硝酸铵水溶液制备化学敏化水胶炸药,观测盐溶液的析晶点及炸药的微观结构,测试炸药的黏度、爆热及爆速。结果表明:随着硝酸铵水溶液质量分数的增加,盐溶液的析晶点由26℃上升至36℃,炸药的黏度由36452 mPa·s增加至45753 mPa·s,爆热由3945.4 kJ/kg增加至4341.1 kJ/kg,爆速由4290 m/s增加至4830 m/s,后降至4438 m/s。当硝酸铵水溶液质量分数为84%时,炸药的爆速最大。In order to study the effect of mass fraction of ammonium nitrate aqueous solution on the detonation velocity of chemical-sensitized water gel explosive,chemical-sensitized water gel explosive is prepared by using ammonium nitrate aqueous solution with mass fractions of 78%,80%,82%,84%and 86%,respectively.The crystallization point of salt solution and the microstructure of explosive are observed,and the viscosity,detonation heat and detonation velocity of the explosive are tested.The results show that with the increase of ammonium nitrate solution mass fraction,the crystallization point of salt solution increases from 26℃to 36℃,the viscosity of explosive increases from 36452 mPa·s to 45753 mPa·s,the detonation heat increases from 3945.4 kJ/kg to 4341.1 kJ/kg,and the detonation velocity increases from 4290 m/s to 4830 m/s and then decreases to 4438 m/s.When the mass fraction of ammonium nitrate aqueous solution is 84%,the detonation velocity of the explosive is the largest.
