摘 要:某型号交流传动内燃重型轨道车要求控制系统需要主辅发电机进行励磁控制、发电里励磁保护等功能,来满足整车使用性能。针对以上需求,设计一种使用励磁滞环控制算法对主发电机励磁电压进行动态控制,满足为交流传动系统提供稳定的直流母线电压、迅速响应交流传动系统负载突变的工况、保持交流传动系统运行稳定的需求。首先介绍了发电机励磁控制装置的电路原理,详细讲解了控制算法对主发电机励磁进行动态控制,通过仿真模型与试验数据,验证了利用滞环算法控制发电机励磁的可行性。For a type of AC electric locomotive, the control system needs the functions of excitation control by main and auxiliary generators, excitation protection in power generation, etc. to satisfy the performance of the whole locomotive. In view of the above requirements, an excitation hysteresis control algorithm is designed to dynamically control the excitation voltage of the main generator, so as to meet the requirements of providing stable DC bus voltage for the AC drive system, quickly responding to the sudden load change of the AC drive system, and maintaining the stable operation of the AC drive system. Firstly, the circuit principle of generator excitation control device is introduced,and the control algorithm for dynamic control of main generator excitation is explained in detail. Through the simulation model and test data, the feasibility of using hysteresis algorithm to control generator excitation is verified.
