摘  要:喷嘴作为SCR系统中还原剂的源头,尿素喷嘴与氨气生成速率有很大关系,将直接影响SCR系统的脱硝率。设计了新型摇摆型空气雾化喷嘴,并对其雾化性能进行了试验及工程验证。验证结果表明,喷雾锥角可达15°~60°,平均粒径30μm,脱硝率达99%以上,产品整体性价比高,更适用于中小型锅炉。Nozzle as the source of reductant in SCR system, urea nozzle has a great relationship with ammonia generation rate, which will directly affect the denitrification rate of SCR system. A new swing type air atomization nozzle was designed and its atomization performance was tested and verified by engineering. The validation results show that the spray cone angle can reach 15°~60°, the average particle size is 30μm, the denitrification rate is more than 99%, and the overall product is cost-effective and more suitable for small and medium-sized boilers.
