摘 要:选取对输变电工程项目经济性影响程度最高的前期造价管理阶段开展造价管理评价研究。运用德尔菲法、层次分析法分析输变电工程前期造价管理的影响因素,建立综合评价指标;基于熵权法和多因素模糊优选模型建立造价管理综合评价模型;最后,运用上述评价体系对某110 kV变电站新建工程的前期造价管理情况进行评价。研究成果可以为输变电工程造价管理评价工作提供一种客观、科学的方法,有利于提高电网建设的精益化管理水平。The preliminary cost management stage, which has the highest degree of influence on the economics of transmission and substation projects, is selected for cost management evaluation research. The Delphi method and hierarchical analysis method are used to analyze the influencing factors of the preliminary cost management of power transmission and substation projects and establish comprehensive evaluation indexes;a comprehensive evaluation model of cost management is established based on entropy power method and multi-factor fuzzy preference model;finally, the above evaluation system is used to evaluate the preliminary cost management of a 110 kV substation new construction project. The research results can provide an objective and scientific method for the evaluation of cost management of power transmission and substation projects, which is conducive to improving the lean management of power grid construction.
