摘 要:阀厅金具要求对金具整体的温升进行控制,控制温度与常规金具的要求不同,要求金具的整体温升不大于30℃,而软导线在作为常规材料供应时,并没有给出阀厅金具设计所需的技术参数及材料特性。本次试验的主要目的是通过试验的方法,找出不同导线的温升与电流的关系,确定选定的几种导线在用于阀厅金具设计时所能承受的最大电流值,以便在结构设计时根据每个金具的具体要求,选用合适的导线及确定合理的结构。Valve hall fittings require the control of the overall temperature rise of the fittings. The temperature control is different from the requirements of conventional fittings. The overall temperature rise of the fittings is required to be no more than 30 degrees, and the soft wire is supplied as a conventional material without a valve. The technical parameters and material characteristics required for the design of hall fittings. The main purpose of this test is to find out the relationship between the temperature rise of different wires and the current through the test method, and to determine the maximum current value that the selected wires can withstand when used in the design of the valve hall fittings. According to the specific requirements of each fitting, select the appropriate wire and determine the reasonable structure during the design.
