摘 要:未来几年,作为我国海上风电机组基础主要形式的单桩基础依然需要依靠稳桩平台进行施工。采用无揽风竖立运输可有效降低稳桩平台海上运输装船和卸船的难度,但这种运输方式对稳桩平台自身结构设计和系固支撑带来较大挑战。文中以广东某海上风电场建设项目为背景,对稳桩平台海上竖立运输过程中的一系列技术问题进行了探讨,包括运输船舶适航性、运输船舶诱导加速度计算、系固支撑计算、稳桩平台强度分析和连接件局部强度分析。分析结果表明,由于稳桩平台重量较小航行稳性容易满足,系固支撑满足强度要求,虽然平台结构较柔,但其一阶模态依然远离航行过程中的波浪频率,在航行过程中稳桩平台结构及其连接肘板的完整性可以保证。The monopile foundation,as the main form of offshore wind turbine foundation in China,still needs to rely on the bottom-founded gripper for construction in the next few years.Bottom-founded gripper vertically placed on board during transportation without wind ropecan effectively reduce the difficulties during its load-in and load-out at sea,but it brings great challenges to its structural design and securing design and lashing design.Based on the construction project of an offshore wind farm in Guangdong,China,a series of technical problems which are involved in the transportation of the offshore wind monopile bottom-founded gripper vertically placed on board were discussed,including the seaworthiness of transportation vessel,the calculation of induced acceleration of transportation vessel,the calculation of the securing and lashing,the strength analysis of bottom-founded gripper,and the local strength analysis of securing components.The analysis results reveal that the stability of the transportation can be satisfied since the deadweight of the gripper is small,and the structural strength of the securing and lashing structure can be satisfied.Though the gripper structure is soft,the frequency corresponding to its first mode is far from the wave frequency,and the structure integrity of the gripper and the supporting brackets can be maintained during transportation.
