摘 要:针对船舶码头系泊高性能纤维缆缓冲吸能能力不足的问题,通过资料检索和调研,对在油气运输行业大型船舶采用的组合缆技术进行了较为详细地介绍,列举了典型试验研究案例以分析评估其使用效果,并对其推广应用需要关注的问题进行了讨论。现有研究成果表明,采用组合缆技术可以显著降低和均衡由风浪流等环境动荷载引起的船舶系缆力,有利于提高船舶系缆作业安全性,为解决舰船等其他类型船舶码头系泊安全问题提供了有效思路。组合缆技术的应用推广需要针对船型、码头形式、组合缆选型、连接件方案等开展进一步针对性研究,验证和优化技术方案。Aiming at the problem of insufficient buffering and energy-absorption capacity of high-performance fiber cable moored at the ship wharf,we introduced in detail the combined cables technology used by large ships in the oil and gas transportation industry through data retrieval and investigation,listed typical test and research cases to analyze and evaluate its application effect,and discussed the problems needing attention in its popularization and application.The existing research results show that the combined cable technology can significantly reduce and balance the ship mooring force caused by environmental dynamic loads such as wind,wave and current,improve the safety of ship mooring operation,and provide an effective way to solve the mooring safety problems of naval vessels and other types of ships.The application and promotion of combined cable technology requires further targeted research on ship type,wharf type,combined cable selection and connector scheme to verify and optimize the technical scheme.
