摘　　要：某型飞行器的飞控组件测试数据量大,处理这些测试数据需要耗费大量的时间,造成产品交付进度慢。为解决这个问题,文章首先分析了造成某型飞控组件测试数据处理时间长的主要原因,通过建立理论模型、优化试验流程、开发数据处理软件等手段进行控制,缩短了产品试验数据处理时间。结果表明,与改进前对比,使用该方法后飞控组件测试数据处理时间明显缩短。The amount of test data for flight control components is large,and it takes a lot of time to process these test data,resulting in slow product delivery.In order to salve this problem,this paper firstly analyzes the main reasons for the long processing time of test data of flight control components,and shortens the processing time of product test data by establishing theoretical models,optimizing test procedures,and developing data processing software.The results show that,compared with before improvement,the test data processing time of flight control components is signifiantly shortened after using this method.
