摘　　要：三七为五加科植物三七的干燥根,是临床常用中药,有益气活血、化瘀通脉等功效。随着我国中医提取精炼技术的提高,三七提取物广泛用于疾病治疗,并取得较大进展。现本文系统性介绍三七提取物在冠心病、心律失常、心力衰竭、高血压中的应用,并总结三七提取物的作用机制,旨在为中医治疗心血管疾病提供一定的理论依据。Panax notoginseng is the dried root of Panax notoginseng,a plant of the family Araliaceae.It is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice.With the improvement of extraction and refining technology of traditional Chinese medicine in my country,Panax notoginseng extracts are widely used in the treatment of diseases,and some great progress has been made.Now this article systematically introduces the application of Panax notoginseng extracts in coronary heart disease,arrhythmia,heart failure,and hypertension,properly summarizes the mechanism of action of Panax notoginseng extracts,aiming to provide a certain theoretical basis for the treatment of cardiovascular disease by traditional Chinese medicine.
