摘  要:碘量法是分析天然气中硫化氢含量的经典化学分析方法之一,但在油田现场测定天然气中硫化氢含量的过程中,存在取样口出现冷凝液导致硫化氢吸收不充分、检测效率低、湿式流量计在取样现场结冰的 问题。通过分析取样过程影响因素并找到问题原因,对取样流程装置进行改进,在取样口处增加气液分离装置、适量减少天然气的取样量、用电子流量控制器代替湿式流量计。实验证明,改进后的方法消除了上述问题, 能够准确检测天然气中硫化氢含量,提高现场取样成功概率和检测效率。Iodometry is one of the classic chemical analysis methods for analyzing the content of hydrogen sulfide in natural gas. However, several serious issues, such as, condensate at the sampling port, insufficient hydrogen sulfide absorption caused by condensate at the sampling port, low detection efficiency, and wet flowmeter frozen, could be occurred during the process of determining the content of hydrogen sulfide in natural gas at production site. Based on the practical problems obtained by analysis, the sampling devices were improved by adding a gas-liquid separation device at the sampling port, reducing the sampling amount of natural gas and replacing the wet flowmeter by electronic flow controller. The results shown that the improved method could solve the above-mentioned problems, could accurately detect the hydrogen sulfide content in natural gas, and could improve the probability of successful on-site sampling and detection efficiency.
