摘　　要：文章对中国石油天然气集团有限公司上游业务近几年来含油污泥排查治理情况进行了梳理,阐述了上游业务实现2021年含油污泥清零的具体做法。对目前含油污泥处置工作存在的设备设施、政策支持和处理技术方面的问题进行了分析,提出源头减量、中间过程控制、末端资源化利用等全流程系统化管控工作思路,供各油田含油污泥管理与处置部门借鉴参考。In this paper, the investigation and treatment of oil-bearing sludge in the upstream business of CNPC in recent years are sorted out, and the specific methods of realizing the oil-bearing sludge zero clearance in the upstream business by 2021 are expounded. In addition, this paper analyzes the existing problems of equipment and facilities, policy support and treatment technology in the disposal of oil-bearing sludge, and puts forward the systematic management and control ideas of the whole process, such as source reduction, intermediate process control and end resource utilization, which can be used for reference by the management and disposal departments of oil-bearing sludge in oil fields.
