摘  要:随着我国深入推进“一带一路”沿线国家和地区经贸合作,东盟作为“一带一路”重要组成部分,跨境电商领域迎来了空前发展机遇。目前,东盟跨境电商发展迅速,是继中国、美国和欧盟等国家地区之后有待开发的一个潜力巨大的消费市场。深入分析东盟跨境电商市场发展的现状以及面临的机遇与挑战,提出我国企业开拓东盟跨境电商市场的对策与建议,参与东盟物流基础设施建设,提升我国企业在东盟市场竞争力,参与搭建跨境电商综合平台,服务中国企业开拓东盟市场,借助成熟跨境电商平台,开拓东盟跨境电商市场,充分利用当地资源,实施本土化策略。As China deepens the economic and trade cooperation of the “Belt and Road” initiative, ASEAN, as an important part of the “Belt and Road” initiative, has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities in the field of cross-border e-commerce. At present, ASEAN cross-border e-commerce is developing rapidly, and it is a consumer market with huge potential to be developed after China, the United States, the European Union and other countries and regions. This article deeply analyzes the current situation of the ASEAN cross-border e-commerce market development and the opportunities and challenges it faces, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese companies to develop the ASEAN cross-border e-commerce market,participate in the construction of ASEAN logistics infrastructure, enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the ASEAN market, participate in the construction of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive platform, serve Chinese enterprises to explore the ASEAN market, explore the ASEAN cross-border e-commerce market with the help of mature cross-border e-commerce platform, make full use of local resources and implement localization strategy.
