摘　　要：为调查宁夏回族自治区(简称“宁夏”)银川市规模牧场犊牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)感染情况,本试验采集某牧场6月龄内犊牛血液和粪便拭子各69份,采用商品化BVDV抗原检测试剂盒结合RTPCR检测及微流控芯片检测技术等进行检测。结果表明,商品化BVDV抗原检测、RT-PCR核酸检测方法及微流控芯片检测结果一致,阳性率均为7.24%。结果表明,该牛场BVDV感染率较高,为了做好该病的净化,应加强全群牛只的检测,以防止该病在此牧场进一步蔓延。In order to investigate the infection of Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus(BVDV) in calves on a large scale farm in Yinchuan,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,69 blood and faecal swabs were collected from calves within 6 months of age on a farm and tested using a commercial BVDV antigen test kit combined with RT-PCR and microfluidic microarray techniques. The results showed that the commercial BVDV antigen test,the RT-PCR nucleic acid test and the microfluidic microarray test were consistent,with a positive rate of 7.24%. The results indicate that the rate of BVDV infection is high in this cattle farm and that in order to do a good job of decontaminating the disease,testing of the whole herd should be strengthened to prevent further spread of the disease in this farm.
