摘  要:为探究光照强度对紫叶稠李花色素苷合成途径上关键基因及转录因子的影响,对紫叶稠李进行80%遮光处理,通过无参转录组测序,分析差异基因表达量、功能及富集通路情况。结果表明:差异基因主要富集在类黄酮生物合成途径。对花色素苷合成途径相关的差异基因进行荧光定量PCR验证,结果显示,相对全光照条件下,遮光处理下PAL、CHS、CHI、F3H、F3’H、DFR、ANS、UFGT基因表达量下调,MYB6、MYB10转录因子表达量相对上调。This study explored the effects of light intensity on key genes and transcription factors in the purple leaf dense plum anthocyanin synthesis pathway.The purple leaf dense plum was subjected to 80%shading,the expression and the function of differentially expressed genes and the enrichment pathway were analyzed by non-parametric transcriptome sequencing.The results showed that the differentially expressed genes were mainly enriched in the flavonoid biosynthesis pathway,and the differential genes related to the anthocyanin synthesis pathway were screened for fluorescence quantitative PCR verification.The expression levels of PAL,CHS,CHI,F3H,F3′H,DFR,ANS and UFGT were down-regulated relative to full light,and the expression levels of transcription factors MYB6 and MYB10 were up-regulated relative to full light.
