摘  要:以菌核病不同发病率的菜田土壤为材料,采用Illumina MiSeq测序技术分析土壤真菌群落结构组成和多样性变化,探讨土壤真菌与小核盘菌的互作关系。结果表明:菌核病发病率不同的菜田土壤中,小核盘菌使土壤真菌丰富度Sobs指数显著下降、土壤中真菌群落组成以及Beta多样性产生显著变化,其中重度组中特有蛙粪霉门(Basidiobolomycota)、芽枝霉门(Blastocladiomycota)和Calcarisporiellomycota,轻度病害组中特有蛙粪霉门(Basidiobolomycota)和芽枝霉门(Blastocladiomycota)。土壤中的小被孢霉属(Mortierella)和丝孢酵母属(Trichosporon)对病原菌均具有拮抗作用,具有分离出高抑制性的菌株的潜力,同时丝孢酵母属也可作为核盘菌侵染时的指示真菌。In order to elucidate the interaction between Sclerotinia minor and soil fungi,soil fungi community structure and richness were sequenced by second generation high-throughput sequencing method,using vegetable field soils with different incidence rate of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum as materials.The results were as follows:(1)Sclerotinia significantly decreased the sobs index of soil fungal richness,and significantly changed the composition of fungal community and beta diversity in soil.(2)Basidiobolomycota,Blastocladiomycota and Calcarisporiellomycota were endemic in severe disease group.Basidiobolomycota and blastocladiomycota were endemic in light desease group.(3)Mortierella and Trichosporon in soil might have antagonistic effects on pathogens and have the potential to isolate highly inhibitory strains.Meanwhile,Trichosporon could be also used as an indicator of Sclerotinia infection.
