基于江西省人工与自动观测日照平行观测数据分析评估

摘  要:利用江西省93个国家级地面气象观测站DFC1与DFC32种光电式数字日照计和暗筒式日人工照计的平行观测数据,分别从数据完整性、一致性以及两者差异等方面进行对比分析评估。结果表明:自动观测日照记录较人工观测偏大5%左右,其中DFC1型较人工观测日照平均偏大1.3%,DFC3型较人工观测日照平均偏大9.0%,虽然2种型号数字日照计存在8%左右的差异,但光电式数字日照计与人工暗筒式日照计观测资料相关性好,数据一致性高,各项评估指标达到技术性能要求,为江西全省实现日照自动化观测提供了重要依据。This article uses the parallel observation data of two photoelectric digital sunshine meters and dark cylinder daily manual light meters from 93 national ground meteorological observation stations in Jiangxi Province to comparative analyze and evaluate them in terms of data integrity and consistency.The results show that the automatic observation of sunshine record is about 5%larger than manual observation,among which type DFC1 is 1.3%larger than the average sunshine of manual observation,and type DFC3 is 9.0%larger than that of manually observed sunshine.The difference is about 8%.Photoelectric digital sunshine meter has good correlation with the observation data of artificial dark cylinder sunshine meter and high data consistency.Although there are certain differences,the overall index is consistent and the evaluation indicators meet the technical performance requirements.The photoelectric digital sunshine meter in Jiangxi Province is stable and reliable and has the operation conditions of automatic monorail business.
