摘 要:对旅游者幸福感进行探究可以提升旅游者的旅游体验,对旅游地的管理有重要的指导意义。以庐山风景区游客为调查对象,采用贝叶斯网络分析方法分析旅游者幸福感影响因素。主要研究结论如下:1)大部分旅游者能获得幸福感,54%的旅游者有可能性获得较高的幸福感;旅游者获得高的旅游形象满意度概率为61%,其次为旅游形象满意度、旅游活动要素满意度、自我价值实现、旅游积极情绪;2)旅游形象满意度的敏感度最大,它对幸福感的影响程度最大;旅游活动要素满意度和自我价值实现的敏感度次之,旅游积极情绪的敏感度最低,对幸福感的影响程度最小;3)在影响旅游者幸福感的影响因子中,高敏感度节点为旅游吸引物和旅游者偏好,中敏感度节点包括交通、住宿、餐饮、购物、娱乐、景点等旅游活动要素,旅游形象满意度是影响旅游者幸福感最重要的因素。The exploration of tourists’happiness can enhance the travelling experience and provide important guidance for the management of tourist places.This study takes tourists of Lushan Scenic Area as the survey object and use Bayesian network analysis to analyze the factors influencing tourists’happiness.The main findings are as follows:First,most of the tourists can get happiness,and54%of them have the possibility to obtain higher happiness;the probability of tourists obtaining high tourism image satisfaction is 61%,followed by tourism image satisfaction,tourism activity element satisfaction,self-worth realization,and tourism positive emotion.Second,the sensitivity of tourism image satisfaction is the largest and it has the greatest degree of influence on tourists’happiness;the sensitivity of tourism activity element satisfaction and self-worth realization is the second and the sensitivity of tourism positive emotion is the lowest and has the least degree of influence on happiness.Third,among the factors affecting tourists’happiness,the high sensitivity nodes are tourist attraction and tourist preference,the medium sensitivity nodes include tourism activity elements such as transportation,accommodation,catering,shopping,entertainment and attractions,and tourism image satisfaction is the most important factor affecting tourists’happiness.
