2012—2020年长沙市HIV抗体不确定献血人群的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的了解HIV抗体不确定献血者的阳转情况,探讨及时随访HIV抗体不确定献血者的必要性。方法分析长沙市HIV抗体不确定献血人群的回访及检测信息,了解HIV抗体不确定献血者的一般情况、依从性、HIV阳转情况及阳转所经历的时间。结果2012—2020年长沙市共筛查出81例HIV抗体不确定献血者,对2016—2020年筛查出的31例HIV抗体不确定献血者进行了回访,不确定献血者的依从率为35.5%,阳转率29.6%。是否进行回访对HIV抗体阳转率并无影响(χ^(2)=0.009,P=0.926);回访的HIV抗体不确定献血者阳转历时2.0(1.5,9.5)个月,远远低于未回访的HIV抗体不确定献血者阳转历时19.0(6.0,35.0)个月(Z=-2.334,P=0.018)。结论回访有助于及早发现HIV抗体不确定献血者的感染情况,及时对HIV抗体不确定献血者进行回访很有必要。Objective To understand the HIV positive conversion rate in blood donors with uncertain HIV antibody,and to explore the necessity of timely return visits among them.Methods We analyzed the information about return visits and testingof blood donors with uncertain HIV antibody in Changsha City,and surveyed their general condition,compliance,HIV positiveconversion rate and time spent on positive conversion.Results A total of 81 blood donors with uncertain HIV antibody werescreened in Changsha City from 2012 to 2020.Return visits were conducted among 31 blood donors with uncertain HIV antibodydetected in 2016-2020,and the compliance rate of blood donors with uncertain HIV antibody was 35.5%,with the HIV positiveconversion rate of 29.6%.Return visits did not affect the HIV positive conversion rate(χ^(2)=0.009,P=0.926).As for the timespent on positive conversion,it took 2.0(1.5,9.5)months for blood donors with uncertain HIV antibody as well as return visits,which was much lower than the 19.0(6.0,35.0)months for those without return visits(Z=-2.334,P=0.018).Conclusion Return visits are conducive to the early detection of infection of blood donors with uncertain HIV antibody.Hence,it is necessary tomake return visits to blood donors with uncertain HIV antibody in a timely manner.
