摘 要:桥梁梁板支座垫石施工质量直接影响到其上面橡胶支座的受力和使用年限。传统的支座垫石施工工艺对支座垫石顶面平整度、四角高差控制不够准确,很难满足规范要求。可调式钢模板与自流平砂浆的匹配使用,使支座垫石顶面与四角平整度控制到规范允许范围内,灌注后的砂浆试件流动性、抗折强度、抗压强度均满足检测指标要求。该技术可多次重复使用,省去了支座垫石人工收面的环节,加快了施工进度,为后续梁板安装奠定了良好的基础。The construction quality of bridge beam plate bearing pad stone directly affects the stress and service life of rubber bearing above it.Traditional construction techniques of bearing cushion stone arenot accurate enough to control the flatness and height difference of the top surface of bearing cushion stone,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the specification.Adjustable steel templates and self-leveling mortar were matched to controlthe flatness of the top surface and four corners of the support cushion stone into the allowable range of the specification.The fluidity,flexural strength and compressive strength of the mortar specimen after perfusion all met the requirements of the detection index.The technique can be used many times,eliminating manual operation of bearing pad stone,speeding up the construction progress,and laying a good foundation for the subsequent beam and plate installation.
